I am thrilled to be the events coordinator for the team. Having retired from the federal public service, I have had the opportunity to hold positions as a project manager, national coordinator for the Department of Justice Canada\u2019s Excellence Ceremony for several years, and assistant in the offices of ministers and deputy ministers, as well as in the House of Commons. Through these roles, I have had the chance to participate in committees and working groups, where I learned that working on a project is, above all, about teamwork, and that listening is a form of communication. Furthermore, empathy and emotional intelligence are essential qualities that strengthen effective management skills. I am eager to stay active in the business world, and real estate is a particularly fascinating field.
